Eat and Watch TV or Try Yoga??--Make Fall a Time of Positive Change!
We have entered the dark season. During this time of increasing darkness, it is natural to slow down, to "nest" for the winter. The body's conditioned response is to eat more to put on weight, and to conserve that energy to make it through the long, cold, dark winter.
For many of us, this leads to a downward spiral of negative emotions, sluggishness and unhealthy eating habits. Yoga helps the mind to relax, the body to move and tone, and the spirit to recharge. Yoga also rekindles the light within each of us. Come rejuvenate with yoga this fall and winter!
