HeartMath ® is the gift that keeps on giving. As a HeartMath 1 On 1 Provider I was not active with my practice last year because of illness. When it came time to work with clients this year it was suggested that I coach two clients before resuming my full time practice.
From that coaching process earlier this year the blessings have flowed affirming for me that being a HeartMath 1 On 1 Provider is a gift not only to my clients but to me as well.
Since coaching with these two clients I have watched them continuing to use the tools, touching their families and communities, and as I witness them, I have also been touched.
I share the following with permission.
Last week one of the two clients I worked with came looking for me at an event we were both attending to tell me that everything that was on her perfect day list was complete now, save for one thing which she felt was one of those things that will be taken care of later. Her main point was that she had done all of the very important things on the list, a job, going to school etc. This was a perfect day vision I suggested she consider creating during our time coaching together. Through her coaching process she created the things on her list in her life.Today she came up to me to tell me that her sister gave birth to her first child this past week. She was with her during the birth and she did HeartMath with her during her labor to support her. She said it was amazing to hold the space with her and no words were needed between them. There was just gratitude and appreciation for all that was taking place. What a gift! From one generation to the next! This little baby was brought into the world receiving HeartMath.
How's that for a gift to touch the heart.
Thank you HeartMath for giving me a tool to touch so many hearts! And thank you Stephanie for challenging me to coach two people. Through these two people I have touched so many more. I feel deeply blessed. For coach I don't feel it gets any better than this.
Heartfully,
Nellie
