I offer several programs that are based on the idea that Wellness is the place to start when seeking a healthy way of living.
Allopathic Medicine has an absolute role to play in our health care needs and I make clear to you my client that our work together as client and coach is not intended to replace any form of medical care, medications or treatments that you are receiving.
My role instead is as an educator, as a coach cheering you on with information and tools to support your own personal discovery of what makes you feel your best.
You ARE your own best authority about what works in your coaching process.
My energetic healing tools include Reiki and DISR. Sliding fee scale of $15.00 to 35.00 per session.
My tools for individual coaching include HeartMath
All of my rates are set up on a sliding fee scale to support everyone who desires to work with me the opportunity to do so.
My inspiration to work in this way has come from my own personal experiences working with the health care system and the Working Class Acupuncture (WCA) model that began in Portland, Oregon in 2002. They were inspired in part by the book “Banker to the Poor: Micro-lending and the Battle Against World Poverty”, by Muhammad Yunus.
My other inspirations include the work of Habitat for Humanity and their book “Love in the Mortar Joints” by Millard Fuller and Diane Scott.
I truly feel in my heart that the grassroots movement is what is and will revitalize our communities and our country. Health Care options for single payer may make worlds of difference and I heartfully hold that this is so. In the meantime we, health and wellness providers, can take up the mission ourselves and intend to give the best possible care to the most people, at rates they can afford, in sustainable ways that give back to people, the community, and ourselves.
From this place of compassionate mission these are my rates for all coaching services that I currently offer.
Fees:
Initial fees are 60.00 to cover the cost of intake paper work and coaching materials.
Each months coaching fees are on a sliding fee scale basis of $15.00 to 35.00 per month. I ask that you complete the fourteen week Wellness Inventory program, or any of the HeartMath ® programs we work with which can run from six to twelve weeks. After that time you can decide if you would like to continue coaching with me on an ongoing basis of once per month using the sliding fee scale mentioned above.
You pay what you can. If you are able to pay more that supports someone else who may not be able to pay as much. In the end it supports the whole. If you have difficulty with the $60.00 intake and materials fee that amount can be spread out over the course of your coaching sessions.
You have the option to pay me all at once or on a month to month basis. Either works fine for me. I can accept cash or checks in person and charge cards or checks via Paypal.

I am also open to barter when and where that works and that is something that will be discussed on a case by case basis.
Individual Coaching Programs:
Coaching is delivered over the phone and via the internet using The Wellness Inventory ®, and or HeartMath ® tools. This telephone program is core for all enrolled in WyseWomen coaching programs. The On-line tools of The Wellness Inventory are available to you for one year.
We will meet via the telephone once a week for fourteen weeks for the Wellness Inventory Program.
If the HeartMath Programs are our coaching focus we will meet once a week for 6 to 12 weeks depending on the program you select.
Should you desire to continue coaching after completing the program of your choice we will move from weekly to monthly coaching calls using the sliding fee scale. In these calls we'll focus on your ongoing experiences with the tools as well as answer any questions you may have.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 11AM through 10PM. I will call you if you do not have an unlimited calling plan that includes long distance. You an also reach me via e-mail with questions and I will get back to you within 24 hours. 72 hours if I am on vacation.
In the future I will be setting up a monthly teleconference call for additional support available to you for up to 1 year after you complete your coaching program. In this setting anyone who has been a client or is currently a client enrolled in the WyseWomen coaching programs can join the call for additional coaching support. It's another way to deepen your experience of the program and learn from one another through the wisdom of group experience.The only additional fees for this Teleconference option will be your phone charges. For example long distance charges if you do not have an unlimited long distance calling plan.
Upon completion of your program there will be a graduation to honor all of the energy and effort you have given to your wellness.
Group Coaching Program
The Wellness Inventory is a powerful tool for change and wellness. As powerful as the program is in an individual coaching setting, it is equally as powerful when offered in a group format. In addition to all of the benefits that you would receive working with me one on one, in a group setting you have not only my coaching, but the wisdom and experience of all of the others in program.
In a group coaching format we meet once per week for fourteen weeks via teleconference calls. Each week we focus on another module of The Wellness Inventory. Between our weekly calls you'll have the opportunity to work with the tools in an experiential way and bring back your discoveries to share with one another. Group learning is a wonderful way to get a deep and rich experience of The Wellness Inventory.
Fees for the group option are sliding scale in the same way that they are for individual coaching. $15.00 to $35.00 per month. The intake and paperwork fees are less at $40.00. This is a one time fee.
In addition to the coaching you will receive from me on the group calls I am available via e-mail for any questions you may have during the course of our program. I will get back to you within 24 hours. 72 hours if I am on vacation.
You will also receive two individual coaching sessions with me during my scheduled client hours as part of the 14 week Wellness Inventory program.
This kind of coaching will be small groups. No more than twelve women in any fourteen week program. This supports the group in really getting to know one another and can form friendships that last well beyond the completion of the program.
I encourage you to get to know each other outside of our weekly calls. Play with the tools and apply them in your life.
